Terms of Registration for Find Lost Ones You must Agree to all terms and conditions of this document before registering with Find Lost Ones - People Finders. 1.0 Eligibility of Membership - This site ( Find Lost Ones ) is only available to people who are searching for someone or wanting to be found. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to security and safety precautions and that can result as of those members. 2.0 Find Lost Ones - People Finders is only providing services to people interested in locating a missing person(s) via internet. We are not responsible for typographical errors, mis-prints or failure of equipment when the site is visited. Find Lost Ones cannot and does not investigate the legitimacy, validity, legality of any search listed, and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability arising out of or relating to any search listed. 3.0 Posting Searches - As a user, you are welcome to post searches at Find Lost Ones - People Finders. We do have a few restrictions on what you may post in your search. You may not include any phone numbers or street addresses of any kind for obvious privacy reasons. No slander, promotion of items for sale,(unless prior approval by Find Lost Ones and pertains to this site.) and no spamming or obscene language is allowed. Anyone abusing this site will be banished. 4.0 Searches that are posted are subject to review by the staff of Find Lost Ones and maybe removed without prior notice, if in violation of our User Agreement. 5.0 Keep in mind - some people do not wish to be found and so it is always advisible to use a third party to make the initial contact with that person. If they still don't want to be contacted, it is best to respect their wishes and have the third party leave contact information about you if they'll accept it and hopefully they will contact you sometime in the future. 6.0 Privacy - Personal information is not sold, rented, without your permission. The only information that is posted along with your search is whatever email address you sign up with so that people may be able to contact you with information they may know and your alias. You may of course leave your real name in your search description. 7.0 Charges - Posting a search and registering are free at Find Lost Ones - People Finders. Please do not abuse this privilege. 8.0 If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these services.
